Appointment Cancellations

Cancellation by Patient

• Patients are requested to inform the clinic at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made in advance will not attract any cancellation charges.
• If an advance payment was made (for specific procedures), it may be adjusted toward a future appointment.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may require advance payment for future bookings.

Cancellation by Clinic

In rare cases, if the clinic needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (doctor unavailability, emergency situations, etc.):

• We will inform you at the earliest.
• We will reschedule the appointment at a convenient time.
• If any advance payment was made, it will be either adjusted or refunded, as preferred by the patient.

Refund Policy

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of treatment.

Eligible for Refund (if applicable):

• Advance payment for a procedure that has not yet been started.
• Cancellation initiated by the clinic where rescheduling is not possible.

Not Eligible for Refund:

• Once a dental procedure has been performed.
• If treatment has already begun and clinical materials or lab work have been initiated.
• If dissatisfaction is based on subjective expectations where the procedure was performed as medically indicated.
• Missed appointments without prior notice.

Dental treatments involve professional time, medical materials, and laboratory charges, which cannot be reversed once initiated.

Treatment Outcomes

All dental procedures are subject to individual diagnosis and response to treatment. Results may vary from patient to patient. Refunds will not be provided solely based on individual healing variations or biological response differences.
